The Basic Idea is a tool for running a large number of searches on combinations of terms. One specifies the row terms (commonly gene names, such as those from a differential expression experiment) in one textbox and the column terms (commonly diseases like schizophrenia or tissues like brain). You then submit the search which looks at all the combinations of row terms with column terms
